The Majestic Hugs Return & Refund Policy

1. For Customized Products (Business cards, personalized gifts, etc.):

  •  Non-returnable: Due to their personalized nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a printing error or damage on our part.

  •  Our Promise: If there’s a mistake in printing (e.g., wrong text/design), we’ll reprint it free of charge. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

2. For Non-Customized Items (Pre-designed cards, generic stationery):

  • 🔄 Returns Accepted: Unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

  • 📦 Return Shipping: Customer pays return shipping; refund issued once items are received.

3. Damaged/Defective Items:

  •  Instant Replacement: Email us at [support@themajestichugs.com] within 48 hours with order # and photos. We’ll ship a replacement ASAP!

4. How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email us with your order # and reason for return.

  2. For approved returns, we’ll provide instructions.

  3. Refunds processed within 5 business days after inspection.

5. Exchanges:

  • 🔄 Only for non-custom items of equal value (customer covers shipping).

6. Cancellations:

  • 🚫 Custom orders cannot be canceled once production starts (typically within 3 hours of ordering).
